Established in 1950 as a roofing distributor, The Tom Duffy Co. rapidly developed itself into a specialized supplier of building materials throughout the 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s. In the 1980’s the company transitioned into flooring supplies and began expanding its reach beyond its early footprint in San Rafael.

In the mid 1990’s the Tom Duffy Co. was acquired by the BR Funsten Co. and further expanded its product offering to over 10,000 flooring items. Today, Tom Duffy is one of the top floorcovering sundries and supplies distributors in the country serving California, Nevada and Arizona.
